Tier 1  – Data are readily available data for all Catch Share Programs

Tier 2  –  Data are available for some Programs, but additional research is required before all Catch Share Programs can develop these indicators.

Tier 3  – Substantial research and investment in new data collection programs is required before these data can be collected from all Catch Share Programs.
