"NAUPLIUS"
"NAUPLIUS" is a simple software tool for pre-processing COPEPOD "short" and "FULL" data formats into subsets that better fit your data needs.   Current options include:
  • select a geographic area (e.g., a latitude-longitude box)
  • select a specific time period (e.g., dates or seasons)
  • select a specific plankton group (e.g., diatoms, copepods)
This software is in the testing phase.   If you would like to try a test version of this software, or have other program or subset suggestions, please send them to:   Todd.OBrien@noaa.gov
