Sampling and Processing Summary
Biomass Method:   Once the sample was on deck, large gelatinous were removed (e.g., scyphozoans, ctenophores etc.). The remaining sample was parted into two equal parts (Motoda plankton splitter). One half was preserved in 4 % formaldehyde, the other part was parted into size fractions by filtering through 2000
