Inventory Phase Two
Products
Phase 2 Survey Inventory products, including database and user interface with GIS applications, will be an integral part of Fishery-Independent Survey System (FINSS), a national system for information about historical and planned fishery-independent surveys conducted in the NMFS Science Centers. Potentially, FINSS will be linked to the Species Information System (SIS) to help analyze survey needs for stock assessments.
