Mission
The mission of the Fishery-Independent Survey System – Survey Inventory is to present the NMFS survey data and metadata to our audiences, and empower effective discovery, access and use of NMFS survey information.

Audiences
NOAA and NMFS senior management, Science Board, NMFS Science Centers, IOOS Office, resources managers, environmental scientists and general public who are interested in NMFS surveys and data.
