Many of these files are SAS transport files that are compressed into ZIP files.

To use the files:

1. download them to your machine.
2. uncompress using unzip (on a unix box), WINZIP (on a pc), pkunzip (on a pc) or any zip program you prefer.
3. unpack using the available SAS program "UNPACK.SAS".
