Executive Steering Committee

The Executive Steering Committee is made up of the chairs of the interstate fisheries commissions, prominent members of the fishery management councils, and NOAA Fisheries.  This state-federal group is the initiative’s decision-making body.

The Executive Steering Committee established the seven work teams to begin work immediately on the highest priority projects.  Each team taps into expertise from the scientific, management, academic, and fishing communities.
