How FIS is Organized

FIS is composed of leadership, a Program Management Team (PMT), Professional Specialty Groups (PSGs), and a Program Management Office (PMO).

The PMO provides the management and oversight of the day-to-day operations of the FIS program. This includes resource and budget management, scheduling and reporting, and communication and outreach.

 

What we do

 

The PMO provides:

  • Project management oversight to ensure use of best practices in project management for all FIS Program portfolios, thereby creating an environment of project management excellence.
  • Coordination of all PMT communications, meetings, and collaborations including administrative and logistical support
  • Preparation of program status and progress reports.
  • Administration of the project selection and resource allocation process.
  • Representation of the FIS PMT guidelines and practices in PSGs meetings and workshops.
