Tvärminne Coastal Station

Data from the Tvärminne Coastal Station are part of an ongoing data rescue effort between Maiju Lehtiniemi (Finnish Environmental Institute) and COPEPOD. The multiple pieces from this potentially 45 year time series are being re-assembled and built into a cohesive time series of zooplankton and co-sampled hydrographic variables.

08-Mar-2011:   Data up through 2006 have been added. Only a sample species (Eurytemora sp.) has been extracted for testing purposes. The full data set includes 10 to 20 species (depending on the sampling period). Note: The major change in nauplii after 1988 is due to a change in sample processing.
